No, listed prices are for labor only. You purchase materials yourself, or we can buy them for you with reimbursement per receipt plus a small procurement fee.

Is there a minimum charge?

Hourly projects have a 2-hour minimum at $89 per hour. The minimum service call for small flat-rate jobs is $120.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, FreshTouchSF Home Services is licensed and insured for all work we perform.

Can I combine several jobs in one visit?

Absolutely, and it pays off: every added service increases your discount by 2%, up to 40% off the total.

Why do you ask for photos before quoting?

A photo lets us confirm the exact scope, materials and access, so the price we give you holds and there are no surprises on site.
