The situation
A family in San Mateo reached out about their light fabric couch: three years of daily use, two kids, one dog. The cushions had drink spills, food stains and that overall gray tint that makes any sofa look tired. What we did
The visit took just under two hours from setup to walkthrough:
- Inspection and fabric test. We checked the fabric type and tested colorfastness in a hidden spot to pick safe chemistry.
- Pre-treatment. Each visible stain got an individual pre-spray, because a juice spill and a grease mark need different solutions.

- Speed drying. We finished with an air pass so the sofa was completely dry within 6 to 8 hours.
