The request
A homeowner in Redwood City was renovating the kitchen and bathroom piece by piece and asked us to handle all the plumbing swaps in one day: kitchen sink, faucet, toilet and an under-sink water filter system.
Kitchen sink and faucet
The old sink was scratched and the faucet leaked at the base. We removed both, cleaned the countertop opening, set the new sink on a fresh bead of sealant and connected a new faucet with braided supply lines. No drips on the first test or a week later.
Toilet replacement

The new unit went on a new wax ring and bolts, level-checked and caulked. We always ask about the floor material first: tile, vinyl and hardwood each need their own approach.
Water filter system

An under-sink reverse osmosis system with its own dedicated faucet. We drilled the countertop cleanly, mounted the filter block inside the cabinet and pressure-tested every connection.
The result
